April 25, 2016 – Legrand has acquired Pinnacle Architectural Lighting, stating this business move will allow it to develop customized solutions that can combine the three main technologies used for lighting control (wall, lighting control panels, lighting fixtures).

Legrand says Pinnacle, based in Denver, Co., will round out its existing presence in lighting.

Pinnacle has 230 employees and reports annual sales of around $105 million, according to Legrand. Its products are available in Canada.
