April 13, 2016 – Legrand has introduced 28 new On-Q A/V cable assembly products, as well as 11 On-Q compression F connector products to its AV accessory product line.

The A/V cables include: 5 mm, Toslink, Universal 2 and 3 and composite video as well as adapters and tools
    
All cables, except for the adapter products, are UL tri-rated (CMG/CLx/FT4) for code compliant in-wall installation, Legrand notes. All 3.5 mm cables, including adapters, feature “CaseConnect,” the company adds, a standoff that allows for a secure connection through most mobile device cases.

Among the new connectors are Quad F plugs, Quad right angle F plugs, Quad 3GHz F jacks, Quad Shield RCA plugs, Quad Shield right angle RCA plugs, Quad Shield BNC plugs and 1GHz coupler SKUs. Legrand says all have the ability to terminate on both RG6 and RG6 Quad shield. They are sold in packs of 10 and 50, and a single adjustable compression tool (also among the new offerings) can be used for attaching the entire connector line.
