July 30, 2014 – Legrand has expanded its Pass & Seymour Night Light line with four new products: three 15Amp versions; duplex decorator TR (tamper-resistant) receptacle, P&S single-pole/3-way switch; and TR receptacle. A standard full night light is also available.

All have a sensor that automatically controls the night light based on the amount of ambient light available and a ‘Soft Glow’ LED with a lifespan of more than 20 years. The 120/125V lights are also cULus compliant. “Not only do the new Night Lights boost the safety of a home for seniors by decreasing the chance of tripping over objects that may be undetectable in the dark, but they also keep children safe by reducing their ability to insert foreign objects in the outlets,” said Thomas Roy Sr., product line manager, Legrand Electrical Wiring Systems Division. “They are perfect for bathrooms, hallways, stairs, kitchens and nurseries.”
