Legrand/Wiremold has introduced a new Plugmold multi-outlet strip that combines tamper-resistant receptacles into a low-profile unit that provides more access to power anywhere in the home, it says. The Plugmold 2000TR Series multi-outlet system meets the requirements of 2008 NEC section 406.11, which requires tamper-resistant receptacles in dwelling units. The strips are available in steel or aluminum in standard 3-inch and 5-inch lengths with 6-inch outlet spacing. Color options include ivory, gray, white, black and stainless steel and anodized aluminum finishes.
