July 29, 2020 – Leviton Lighting Brands has partnered with BIOS, and will be integrating the latter’s SkyBlue technology for “human-centric” lighting solutions through existing Birchwood, Intense, ConTech and Viscor offerings.

SkyBlue is being integrated in products across the Leviton Lighting & Controls brands with the aim of producing a more natural environment for indoor spaces, promoting synchronized circadian rhythms, healthier sleep patterns and overall well-being for occupants.

BIOS (Biological Innovations and Optimization Systems LLC) is a NASA spin-off, using science first developed for the International Space Station.
