June 26, 2018 — Magic Lite recently announced the expansion of its Thin Line downlight selection.

In addition to the 3-in. 4-in, 6-in., 8-in., 10-in and 12-in. variations, the company has added square recessed 4-in. and 6-in. fixtures which feature a round mounting base. Also recently released are Magic Lite’s square and round surface recessed fixtures, available in 6-in., 8-in., 10-in. and 12-in., 3000K or 4000K and a multitude of finishes.

These downlights feature edge lit technology to eliminate hot spots and are cETLus listed for wet locations, eliminating the need for two separate fixtures. Ideal for shallow ceiling plenums, the fixtures are Energy Star approved and designed for retrofit and new construction installations.
