June 2, 2020 – Lind Equipment is offering UV-C LED lights specifically for the healthcare applications, where professionals can use the light to decontaminate PPE, hospital rooms, ambulances and more.

Lind is manufacturing a brand-new product—the Lind Apollo UV-C Light—and re-tooling the Beacon360 Blaze area light to serve as decontamination solutions. During this crisis, priority will will be given to emergency services and hospitals, and others who require decontaminated, clean environments or gear.

UV-C light is found within the ultraviolet spectrum; it renders harmful micro-organisms like bacteria and viruses ineffective by destroying their RNA, thereby denying them the ability to regenerate.
