Lind Equipment has introduced the XP1630, a new hazardous location floodlight to its line of explosion proof lights, which it describes as a 150W PAR38 incandescent floodlight that outperforms the competition while offering a value alternative for explosion proof floodlights. The floodlight is constructed from “thick aluminum and built to be water-tight, making it suitable for use in wet locations and providing protection to the light during pressure-washer cleaning.” It comes standard with 25, 50 or 100° of 16/3 SOW cord and a non-explosion proof plug.
