The board of directors of Litecontrol elected Brian M. Golden as its new president and CEO, replacing Veda Ferlazzo Clark. After joining Litecontrol in 2004 as vice-president, sales, Golden moved into the role of vice-president, sales & marketing in 2007, and was named to the board of trustees in 2008.
Golden has experience in the architectural products industry, having held
positions such as vice-president, marketing, for Traco; vice-president,
sales for Wood Structures; and director, marketing for USG Corp. for 14
years. Golden has a bachelor in Business Administration, a law degree and an MBA.
Litecontrol
is a designer and manufacturer of architectural interior lighting. Litecontrol has two integrated facilities that are 100%
employee-owned.
