Lithonia launches E Series LED modules

October 30, 2014 – Acuity Brands Inc.’s Lithonia Lighting introduced the Energy Star-certified E Series LED recessed modules, saying they are well-suited for high-volume construction, cost-competitive bids and everyday stock business.

The modules are available in multiple colour temperatures and two sizes compatible with most housings (a 4-in., and a combination 5-in. and 6-in. module). They do not require any lamps and are (virtually) maintenance free. Dimming capabilities include instant-on and CentertoEdge, as well as line-voltage dimming to 10% with a patent-pending zero inrush driver. The E Series LED is wet-location listed for use in any indoor and outdoor application.
