June 14, 2016 – Lumen (a division of Sonepar Canada) celebrated the opening of its Moncton, N.B. branch last week, continuing its expansion into Atlantic Canada. This location is the company’s 34th branch.

The 12,000-sf facility is located at 1070 St George Blvd. and is managed by branch manager Glenn Leaman. The site showcases Lumen’s “classic open concept and features specialized services,” the company said.

“Opening our second branch in Moncton further confirms Lumen’s commitment to the Atlantic market for our customers, vendors and staff,” said Shannon Fougere, Lumen regional director of Atlantic Canada.
Lumen, a distributor of electrical and automation equipment, was founded in St. Eustache, Que. in 1962 and has been part of the worldwide Sonepar Group since 1984.
