May 3, 2017 – Kelly Hanson is the new president of Southwire Canada, replacing Axel Schlumberger, who is assuming new leadership responsibilities within Southwire’s Power Systems & Solutions group.

“Kelly has the leadership and skills needed to move our business to the next level, and I am tremendously excited to work with her as our new president of Southwire Canada,” said Norman Adkins, EVP and president of Southwire’s Construction Systems & Solutions group.

Hanson most recently served as vice-president of marketing for Southwire’s Power Systems & Solutions group. In her new role, she will manage sales, marketing and support operations, all of which are based out of Southwire Canada’s HQ in Mississauga, Ont.
