July 23, 2020 – Milwaukee Tool has expanded its headlamp offering to include solution for hazardous locations. The new intrinsically safe C I, II, III / D 1 spot/flood headlamp delivers 310 lumens of Trueview HD output and a beam distance of 100 m.

The headlamp is powered by 3 AAA batteries, delivering up to 40 hours of run-time. With 5 output modes to manage brightness, beam pattern and run-time, its output can also be directed with the pivoting light head. The headlamp is IP64-rated for dust and water, and includes two straps: rubber for hard hat use and nylon for bare head use. (Users who wish to attach the light directly to their hard hats can do so with the included adhesive strip.)
