December 17, 2014 | By Anthony Capkun

December 16, 2014 – Milwaukee Tool says its new cordless M18 Fuel Hole Hawg right-angle drill bores faster than the original corded Hole Hawg, delivering 150+, 7/8-in. holes per charge and weighing 30% less than its corded predecessor.

Optimized for electrical applications, the M18 Fuel Hawg drills with augers up to 1-1/4 in. and self-feed bits up to 2 in. M18 Fuel products feature Milwaukee’s Powerstate brushless motor, RedLithium XC4.0 battery pack and RedLink Plus intelligence hardware and software that, together, promise “unmatched performance, durability and run-time”. In addition, the 2708 model features new Quik-Lok chuck that offers keyless, one-handed bit changes for most 7/16-in. flat or groove shank bits found on augers, self-feed bits and hole saws.
