Milwaukee Shockwave Lineman’s accessories for linemen

October 23, 2017 — Milwaukee Tool has introduced the Shockwave Lineman’s accessories for power utility professionals.

The new line of accessories includes impact auger bits, which feature a reinforced anti-friction PTFE coating and a single spur design. Optimized for use in a 7/16-in. impact wrench to drill fast, “effortless” holes in dense, treated utility poles, the augers come in both 18-in. and 24-in. lengths.

The Shockwave Lineman also features 3-in-1 distribution and transmission utility sockets with a push-and-twist barrel lock. The 3-in-1 square design eliminates the need to remove the socket from the adapter while in the air.

Finally, the Shockwave Lineman’s 7/16-in. Hex to 1/2-in. square impact socket adapter is optimized to be the most durable on the market, Milwaukee says, and features a pin detent design to securely hold the socket.
