March 17, 2022 – Modern Niagara—a mechanical and electrical contractor offering a range of services across Canada—has selected the Worldfavor sustainability platform for its environmental, social, and governance (ESG)* data.

“At Modern Niagara, we have made it our mission to substantially reduce our carbon footprint and become a net zero organization by 2030,” said Chris Hill, COO. “Partnering with Worldfavor and leveraging its sustainability management platform will allow us to measure our emissions and put us on the right path.”

According to Worldfavor, Modern Niagara is the first Canadian construction company to partner with them. With the sustainability platform, Modern Niagara is able to measure its impact, make an accountability plan, and create a long-term framework for reducing its carbon footprint.

“[Worldfavor’s] offerings give us data transparency, which empowers our decision-making going forward,” added Hill. “Our collaboration with Worldfavor promotes the effective use of technology in sustainability and helps us generate value-driven impact with the power of data.”
