Molly O’Grady joins Catalyst in customer care

February 8, 2021 – Catalyst Sales & Marketing recently hired Molly O’Grady as its new customer care specialist, where she is responsible for “all elements of the Catalyst customer journey”.
Molly holds a BA in Business Administration from the Gerald Schwartz School of Business at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, N.S.
Catalyst is a manufacturer representative serving electrical wholesalers and lighting showrooms in Atlantic Canada.
