MTS Allstream Inc. congratulates Lina Lawrence, its director of IT business services in Toronto, for being honoured with a Leadership Excellence Award from Canadian Women in Communications (CWC), a national organization that aims to raise the profile of women working in the communications field.

“Leaders like Lina Lawrence are fundamental to the success of our
company,” said Pierre Blouin, CEO of MTS Allstream. “Her leadership
abilities help to foster the growth of our employees and we value her
contribution to the success of our company. We are proud of her for
earning this award.”

Lawrence joined MTS Allstream in 2007. She has a diploma in Business
Administration from Sheridan College, and is active in her community.
She will receive the award at the CWC Annual Awards Gala on March 29.
