February 6, 2014 – Milwaukee Electric Tool says it has developed the first charging radio with Bluetooth for the jobsite—the M18 jobsite radio/charger 2792.

Users can stream music wirelessly from more than 100 ft away, while charging Milwaukee M18 batteries and portable electronic devices. A reinforced roll cage and extruded aluminum handles promises to protect internal components from weather and abusive job site conditions. The unit also boasts the industry’s largest on-board, weather-sealed storage compartment to protect small belongings and electronic devices. Complete with an AM/FM tuner with a digital processor, users can even convert the radio into a portable entertainment centre with a built-in electronics stand and charger.
