February 7, 2023 – Nexans says it has upgraded its existing line of Canadex cables with the launch of the Canadex 2.0 line of NMD90 cables, which is designed to accelerate the installation process.

Instaglide technology allows for fast and efficient installation, says the company, while toting spools is made easier with the ergonomic Easy-Lift handle. Nexans has also added metre markings to the cable to account for every metre of cable installed.

The cables are manufactured at Nexans’ facilities in Fergus, Ont., using partially recycled copper from the company’s copper rod mill facility in Montreal.
