In memoriam – Richard Cullis of Dial One Wolfedale Electric

September 13, 2010 – It is with a heavy heart that Electrical Business announces the passing of RICHARD CULLIS—founder and president of Dial One Wolfedale Electric—on September 10.
Richard was born and raised in Scotland, and immigrated to Canada in 1971. In 1973, he co-founded Wolfedale Electric and, in 1982, became the company’s sole owner.
Richard was a master electrician with a passion for his trade. He is a former chair of the Ontario Electrical League (OEL), and figured prominently in industry associations and governmental affairs relating to his trade.
An avid golfer, Richard also loved his motorcycle, fishing and spending time on his boat. He leaves behind his wife, Alice, two daughters: Jackie (Ken) Strachan and Michelle (Nicholas) Ponory.
Friends and relatives will be received:
