Ouellet Canada, a designer and manufacturer of electric heating products for residential, commercial and industrial environments for over 50 years, has officially opened its new office in Lévis.

Ouellet Canada’s head office is located in the L’Islet region. Due to significant company growth, including acquisitions and new divisions in Calgary, Sherbrooke and China, the company chose to open a branch in Lévis to support this growth, as well as attract new talent and reduce travel times for employees living in the greater Quebec City region. The new office is located in the Logisco building of the Carrefour Saint-Romuald shopping complex.

I’m very happy with the impact the new offices have had because they have already helped us recruit qualified and experienced people who may not have considered joining a company in L’Islet,” said Miguel Robichaud, engineering department coordinator. “Of my team of 10, six live in Lévis-Québec, which is a strong retention factor. The offices are also modern and attractive. It’s been a great initiative!”
