January 30, 2023 – Ouellet Group announced it has decided to change the name of the parent company to Innovair Solutions for all of its business units.

“We wanted a name for the company that would reflect our international positioning and our growth over recent years,” said Louis Beaulieu, CEO.

“We believe this name accurately reflects our goal of providing innovative heating, ventilation and air-conditioning solutions to our valued clients and business partners,” he added.

According to the company, there will be no change to contractual, legal relationships, etc., with the new name, adding that the company will retain all of its locations and every brand, and “minimize disruption for our partners and employees”.
