February 9, 2016 – Paul J. Bonavia has resigned as a director of Fortis Inc. in order to remain in compliance with the rules of another entity of which he is a director, Fortis announced recently. These rules would not permit him to serve as a director of Fortis, following the news that it has entered into an agreement to acquire ITC Holdings Corp.
