Venture Lighting International, a manufacturer of Metal Halide Lighting systems, has announced that Paul Johnson has joined the company as director of Strategic Marketing and Business Development.

“Paul’s proven track record of building brands and driving new product development for industrial products will bring us tremendous benefits as we continue to grow our North American and Global presence” said Ken Hawley, vice president of Sales and Marketing. “Paul’s customer facing experience on the channel side will help us explore new creative avenues to more effectively communicate the benefits of metal halide lamp technology.”

Johnson comes with 25 years of experience in the electrical industry, holding sales, marketing and management positions at Cooper Industries – Bussmann Division, Littelfuse, Daniel Woodhead Company, Ericson Manufacturing and Halex, including a three-year assignment in Europe as director of Marketing.
