June 15, 2017 – EBMag has just learned Bob Arbuckle is retiring from Nedco… after 48 years of service. Well deserved, Bob!

Gerry Drummond, Nedco Ontario’s general manager, explains Bob’s career with Nedco Ontario started June 23, 1969. He held various management positions, most notably as marketing manager from 1990 until 2010 and, for the last 7 years, as director of Energy Services, taking “great advantage of the opportunities emerging in this growing market”.

“Bob cherishes the many friendships he has been blessed with over his career, and hopes to maintain these as he and his wife Celia enjoy more time with their families and seven wonderful grandchildren,” writes Gerry.

Bob will retire July 4 2017. SEE new contact info below.

“Relaxing on the boat in Bayfield or fixing up the farm in Georgetown will help fill the lazy days of summer,” says Gerry. “Getting an urgent call saying We need a fourth! will always be welcomed.”

On a personal note, I could never think of Nedco without thinking of Bob… whether chatting with him at the distributor’s massive selling show, Electrifest, or catching a presentation at Energy into Action, etc. You will be missed!

“On behalf of the organization, I’d like to wish Bob and his family every happiness as he enters this next chapter of his life,” continues Gerry. “Thanks for all your effort and commitment over your outstanding 48-year career.”
