March 1, 2019 – Electro-Federation Canada (EFC) has hired Ekaterina Lutovinova (pictured) as controller. She joined the industry association on Feb. 19 and will succeed Philip Lefrancq, who is set to retire on Apr. 5 after 23 years of service.
