August 15, 2017 – Lumenpulse Group Inc. has appointed Tim Berman president & COO, and Lance Howitt as chief marketing officer (CMO). François-Xavier Souvay will continue his role as CEO of Lumenpulse Group.

Headquartered in Montreal, Lumenpulse Group designs, develops, manufactures and sells a range of LED lighting solutions for commercial, institutional and urban applications.

Berman most recently served as president of Fluxwerx Illumination Inc. (which he co-founded), and which became part of Lumenpulse in 2016. He was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2016, and possesses over 30 years of experience in the lighting industry, having also served as president of Ledalite (2000-2011).

Lance Howitt previously served as vice-president, Sales & Marketing of Fluxwerx Illumination Inc. (he is also a co-founder). He, too, possesses over 30 years of experience in the lighting industry, and also served with Philips Ledalite (as vice-president, Sales & Marketing).
