December 30, 2015 – Doug Pittman has been hired as the new sales manager for the machine services division (MSD) at Shermco Industries.

Pittman has previously worked as a product line sales manager of aftermarket variable frequency drives for Eaton, and before that, as a senior industrial sales engineer, according to Shermco. Prior to Eaton, he worked as an electrical design consultant.
 
“We are excited to have Doug onboard and part of the Shermco team. Our clients will greatly benefit from his practical application knowledge and industry expertise,” said Paul Idziak, vice-president of MSD.

Shermco’s MSD maintains, repairs and remanufactures rotating electrical machines as well as a variety of other devices.
