Platinum Tools launches Exo cable termination kits

January 9, 2019 – Platinum Tools has launched new Exo termination kits for installers of Cat 5e, 6 and 6a Ethernet cables.

Available with a crimp frame and interchangeable dies, the kits are designed for use with Platinum’s original EZ-RJ45 Cat 5e cabling and ezEX-RJ45, ezEX 44 and ezEX 48 connectors.

In addition to the model 90185 cut/strip/terminate kit, the model 90186 termination kit features a tear-away foam insert, allowing it to accept additional tools, including strippers and cutters.
