Apprenticeship ratios are something of a contentious issue in Ontario, and perhaps other Canadian jurisdictions. Two Ontario groups—Ontario Electrical League/Canadian Federation of Independent Business and Greater Toronto Electrical Contractors Association/IBEW LU 353—have recently issued position statements on the matter.
