Integrated BroadBand Services (IBBS) announced a partnership with Power & Tel, a full-service broadband communications supplier, who will serve as a reseller of IBBS’ Broadband Explorer (BBX) diagnostics and provisioning software in Central America, South America, Mexico and the Caribbean.
