PowerStream recognizes Torbram Electric Supply as a CDM Champion

December 11, 2012 | By Anthony Capkun

December 10, 2012 – Torbram Electric Supply has been recognized by PowerStream as a Conservation & Demand Management (CDM) Champion for making the saveONenergy conservation program a key element of its service offerings.

“PowerStream is thrilled to recognize those businesses that promote and take advantage of our saveONenergy conservation programs,” said Frank Scarpitti, PowerStream board chair. “It not only illustrates a company’s commitment to conservation but also demonstrates how to be proactive and set an example for others to follow.”

PowerStream specifically acknowledges Torbram for helping to facilitate the successful completion of their customers’ conservation projects. Recognizing that companies who engage in conservation have benefited from the saveONenergy retrofit program, Torbram’s goal is to make this process as seamless as possible. They do this by helping customers navigate through the entire process, from the initial application to the final post-project payment.

“Torbram holds face-to-face meetings with customers to explain what’s involved with the saveONenergy retrofit program,” said Karyn Marche, Torbram account manager. “We want to make this process efficient. We ensure that they are made aware of the incentives available as well as the payback period on their projects.”
