ABOUT YOUR PRESENTER…

Larry Cantelo is the president of the Electrical Inspectors Association of Alberta. He has been an independent electrical trainer for about the past five years, dealing with topics such as the CE Code, energy storage, Red Seal preparation, troubleshooting, electrical theory, blueprint reading, motor control, electric vehicle infrastructure training and solar photovoltaics (PV).

Prior to that, he served as an electrical instructor at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) for about 12 years. His various certifications include: Professional Electrical Contractor (PEC); Red Seal interprovincial journeyman electrician; Business management; Photovoltaic installer; Construction technology; and Electrical safety codes officer (Groups A & B).
