December 22, 2017 — Hubbell Lighting recently announced that Kim Lighting has commercially introduced the new Ouro site/area family of luminaires. Kim Lighting says Ouro is the first contemporary modern round site/area luminaire to offer up to 37,000 delivered lumens at 137 lumens per watt.
December 13, 2017 — Fulham Co. Inc. has released universal voltage versions of its DirectAC direct-drive LED units. The DirectAC LED Engines were released earlier this year in a 120V; it is now available in a new unit that can support power ratings from 120 - 277V.
November 3, 2017 — Hubbell Lighting has announced that Litecontrol is launching a new portfolio of architectural-grade products as part of its “reinvigoration” of the “SAE” (Simple, Affordable, Efficient) Program.
October 27, 2017 — Litetronics’ new family of standard and premium LED flat panels are available in 2 x 4 ft, 2 x 2 ft and 1 x 4 ft versions that offer up to 125 lumens per watt. The panels are also offered in 30, 40, and 50W versions and surface or suspension-mount configurations, with a range of colour temperatures and feature 0-10V dimming. The company says they are ideal for use in drop ceilings with compact plenums because of their low-profile design. Featuring a thin lighting surface, steel backing and aluminum-assembly frame, the fixtures offer a powerful heat sink that minimizes downward heat dissipation.
