Radiodetection launches RD7000+ Utility Cable and Pipe Locator range

Radiodetection has launched a new range of precision locators, RD7000+, to replace the RD7000 range of utility specific locators it unveiled more than two years ago. It claims that these new products that replace them focus on core user requirements by incorporating Dynamic Overload Protection to improve locate performance in electrically noisy areas and Compass, which determines and displays the orientation of the target cable or pipe, simplifying route determination and helping to improve depth measurement accuracy. The RD7000+ range consists of 4 locators, each tailored for the construction industry, pipe location and inspection, power applications and the telecoms industry. All RD7000+ units are Centros enabled.
