July 13, 2018 — ITW Canada and Health Canada recently issued a recall for Red Head Trubolt+ wedge anchors used for concrete anchoring.

The affected product does not meet the requirements for use in cracked concrete and seismic applications, which may lead to incidents or injuries to consumers, Health Canada reports.
