RECALL: Satco KolourOne LED bulbs – RA-38635

March 26, 2014 | By Anthony Capkun

March 26, 2014 – Health Canada informs us of a recall involving 23 LED light bulbs of the Satco KolourOne brand, where the metal housing portion of the bulb can separate from the plastic driver, which can cause the lamp to fall.

The product item number begins with an S89XX or S90XX and is located on the neck of the bulb, below the KolourOne logo. The bulbs are white.

This recall includes all lot numbers which DO NOT have the letter ‘A’ in the last character position. Affected production lot numbers can be found on the outer rim of the optical lens. To verify whether bulb is part of the recall, it must have all of the following:

• KolourOne brand
• Product item number listed in table
• Lot number without the letter ‘A’ at the end
