The iGen2500 has a bright blue plastic cover and has “Westinghouse iGen2500” printed in white lettering on the side and on the front of the generator. The iPro2500 has a plastic gray cover, with “Westinghouse iPro2500” printed in white lettering on the side and front of the generator. This recall involves about 4,500 units sold exclusively online at Amazon.com, apelectricgenerators.com, Climate Right.com, Homedepot.com, Houzz.com, Menards.com, PowerEquipmentDirect.com and Walmart.com from June 2017 through October 2017.
The units were manufactured in China and imported and distributed by MWE Investments of Columbus, Ohio. We are not sure how many, if any, made it into Canada.
