October 25, 2011 – Ripley’s Miller division has launched the MSAT 5 Mid-span Access Tool which, according to the company, allows easy mid-span access to optical fibers in loose buffer tubes ranging in diameter from 1.9mm to 3.0mm. The MSAT 5 can also shave a precise opening to prevent fiber damage and features sizing channels to easily determine tube size, it adds.
