April 10, 2021 – In April 1961, Rudolf Loh founded the Rittal company in Central Hesse, Germany, with the intention of manufacturing standard enclosures in standard production, that would be available from stock immediately.

This year, the company celebrates its 60th anniversary. Congratulations!

Today, Rittal solutions are used in control and switchgear engineering, as well as in IT and the energy market, shipbuilding, hospitals and soccer stadiums. While the company serves its customers via 58 subsidiaries, the company is still a family business.
