Rittal TopTherm enclosure heaters – Nov 2011
December 14, 2011 | By Alyssa Dalton
December 14, 2011 – Rittal says it has succeeded in developing an enclosure heater that can create the optimal operating environment within enclosures for control equipment and switchgear, while at the same time meeting energy efficiency demands. According to Rittal, these heaters use CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and energy-efficient PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) technology to allow for better thermal output than previous solutions. New features, such as the double clamp-type terminal connection and the quick-assembly system, are also added to ensure time-saving installation, it says.
