Robertson Electric acquires Espo Electric Supply

July 20, 2016 – Robertson Electric Wholesale has acquired Espo Electric Supply, an independent electrical distributor located at 1182 South Service Road West, Oakville, Ont., servicing the Oakville/Burlington area.

Espo’s Franco Esposito is staying on as general manager, whereas Judi Esposito will be retiring after a transition period. Katie Campbell will immediately assume operational manager responsibilities, including A/R and A/P.

Founded in 1952, the Campbell’s acquired Robertson Electric in 2008, and is a family-owned/operated business. Robertson has been a member of Affiliated Distributors since 2005. The distributor says it is continually exploring expansion opportunities, including the development of new locations.
