Robertson Electric acquires former Litemor Winnipeg branch

April 25, 2014 – According to EFC, the news is now “officially” out: Robertson Electric Wholesale Ltd. has acquired the former HD Supply Litemor branch in Winnipeg, Man., with former Litemor employee Len Smith taking the post of branch manager.

“It is exciting to begin our venture to becoming a national electrical distributor, with Winnipeg as our first branch in Western Canada,” said Rick Campbell, president of Robertson. “Len and the Winnipeg staff are a seamless fit to the Robertson model, and we are excited to see their growth in the Winnipeg and surrounding areas.”

Robertson Electric Wholesale is headquartered in Vaughan, Ont. It was founded in 1952 and acquired by the Campbell family in October 2008. It is an Affiliate member of Affiliated Distributors.
