Robroy’s raceway division adds HR manger, accountant and maintenance manager

September 13, 2018 – Electrical product manufacturer Robroy Industries has appointed Sarah Parlett human resources (HR) manager, Madesha Stapleton accountant and Brannon Peek maintenance manager for its raceway division.

Parlett (pictured) was previously HR director for Dixie Paper. In her new role with Robroy, she will be responsible for directing the family-owned company’s recruitment, succession planning, training assessments, safety, benefits, payroll and employee relation programs.

Stapleton was previously an office manager for a health clinic, where she managed accounts receivable and payable, and recently completed her masters of accounting degree. She will analyze daily costing transactions, prepare budget variance reports and prepare general ledger accounts.

Peek has more than 18 years’ experience in maintenance, including 15 as a technician, two as a planner and one as a supervisor. In his new role, he is responsible for ensuring all equipment functions as intended, implementing a preventative maintenance program.
