April 30, 2018 — Honeywell, Health Canada and the U.S. CPSC have issued a joint recall for Honeywell type 1 Fibre-Metal E2 and North Peak A79 hard hats.
April 17, 2018 - Schneider Electric is voluntarily recalling Square D general duty 30A and 60A, 120V/240V, 2-phase and 3-phase NEMA 3R safety switches because the power can stay on when the handle is in the OFF position, posing a shock or electrocution hazard.
March 23, 2018 — eHeat Inc. has issued a recall for its Envi high-efficiency electric panel heaters, in conjunction with Health Canada and the U.S. CPSC.
March 23, 2018 — Health Canada, the U.S. CPSC and Kidde have issued a joint recall for the Kidde dual-sensor (photoelectric and ionization) smoke alarms — models PI2010CA and PI9010CA.
March 22, 2018 — Health Canada, the U.S. CPSC and Southwire have issued a recall for Southwire’s WiOn indoor in-wall wi-fi switch.
March 9, 2018 — Health Canada has issued a recall for certain Amana brand packaged terminal air conditioner/heat pump (PTAC) units manufactured by Goodman Company, L.P.
January 31, 2018 - Ledvance is voluntarily recalling Batch 0 RT56HO900 Ultra LED RT56HO900 recessed downlight kits due to risk of electrical shock.
January 24, 2018 — Health Canada and Honda Canada Inc. have issued a recall for Honda Portable Generator, Model EG2800i.
January 12, 2018 — Health Canada has issued a recall for certain Flos Romeo Moon model S2 and Romeo Louis II model S2 pendant lamps.
December 22, 2017 — Health Canada, the U.S. CPSC and Monte Carlo have issued a joint recall for the Monte Carlo Cyclone ceiling fans.  
December 21, 2017 — Health Canada, the U.S. CPSC and Hunter Fan Company have issued a joint recall involving the owner’s manual included with Hunter Contempo ceiling fan model 59180 sold in Canada. Additional affected models have been sold in the United States.
December 13, 2017 — The U.S. CPSC is reporting a recall involving Westinghouse iGen2500 and iPro2500 portable inverter generators by MWE Investments used to power appliances, cell phones or other electric devices.
June 29, 2017 - Both Health Canada and the U.S. CPSC are reporting a recall involving Home Decorators Collection 3-light and 4-light Comotti vanity fixtures due to burn and laceration hazards.
June 7, 2017 - In a joint recall with Health Canada and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Nidec Motor Corp. is recalling certain variable-speed swimming pool motors with a programmable user interface on the top because the pump control cover may not be properly grounded, posing an electrical shock hazard.
June 7, 2017 - Lithonia Lighting (a division of Acuity Brands Lighting Inc.) has received six (6) reports of the lens used on the LBL4W LED fixture manufactured between February 2016 and March 2017 detaching from the fixture and becoming loose or falling.
