November 10, 2016 - In a joint recall with the U.S. CPSC, the L.D. Kichler Co. is recalling two (2) models of Kichler Krystal Ice flush-mount ceiling light fixtures due to a fire hazard.
November 9, 2016 - The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a recall on Lithonia Lighting’s BLT series of commercial luminaires as the plastic lens can detach and fall.
September 28, 2016 - The Electrical Safety Authority is notifying the public that Eaton has announced a voluntary recall of its 30A general duty 2- and 3-pole switches with catalogue numbers beginning with CDG221 or CDG321. This is because the line/load lugs may cause terminal overheating or allow wires to dislodge.
September 28, 2016 - Health Canada is recalling Flos Skygarden halogen pendant light fixtures as the dome can detach and fall unexpectedly.
September 16, 2016 - Transport Canada reports a recall on certain models of the GMC Sierra and Chevy Silverado pickup trucks due to airbag concerns.

September 1, 2016 - In conjunction with Health Canada and the U.S. CPSC, Swarovski Lighting Ltd. is recalling its Octa crystal pendant light fixtures because the crystal in the fixture can detach and fall if damaged during shipment, posing an impact hazard.
August 30, 2016 - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) reports United Copper is recalling certain metal-clad (MC) aluminum armoured cables due to fire and shock hazards.
August 26, 2016 - In a joint recall with Health Canada and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Cree Inc. is recalling a 48-in. LED replacement lamp for traditional indoor 2-pin T8s.

July 11, 2016 - Canadian Tire has issued a recall for its MasterCraft work platform (061-1015), citing a possibility of the bolts breaking, causing the platform to collapse.
June 24, 2016 - The U.S. CPSC has advised us of a recall involving certain 3M vented hard hats sold online that were marketed to protect against electric shock but, in fact, do not.
