June 2, 2016 (Updated June 10, 2016) - Southwire has issued a recall for its non-contact voltage detector with model number 40120N and 40110N, sold as part of the multimeter kit. The detector is designed to alert users to the presence of electric current running through electrical wires with an AC detection range of 100 to 1000 VAC.
June 1, 2016 - Broan-NuTone has issued a recall involving its L500 series fans, designed to circulate air in and out of a home or building, as they can overheat and pose a fire hazard.
May 27, 2016 - Philips Lighting has issued a recall for its Philips Energy Advantage ceramic metal halide lamps, model CDM330. They are designed as energy efficient replacements for traditional 400W quartz MH lamps installed in magnetic ballasts and intended for use in high-ceiling industrial, retail and commercial applications.
May 20, 2016 - Klein Tools has issued a recall for its digital clamp meters, including models CL110, CL210, CL310 and the CL110 kit, due to shock and burn hazards.
May 19, 2016 - 360 Electrical is recalling its Idealist, Idealist 2.4 and Agent surge protectors, which are ETL listed with control number 3137487 and have seven outlets.
May 16, 2016 - Ford is recalling 2016 F350, F250, F550, and F450 trucks models due to faulty tires.
May 13, 2016 - Robert Bosch Tool has issued a recall for Bosch model 1380 Slim, the 4.5-in. angle grinder with date codes 502 through 511.
May 13, 2016 - General Motors has issued a recall on its Chevrolet City Express vans from 2015 due to safety concerns with the occupant classification system and air bag deployment.
