Salim Bhojani named Westburne’s national director of CX and marketing

July 3, 2019 – Westburne, a wholesale electrical supply distributor headquartered in Mississauga, Ont., has appointed Salim Bhojani national director of customer experience (CX) and marketing.

Bhojani already leads the company’s marketing team, but with this new role’s expanded scope, he will also lead its national service centre. Brad Benwood, the service centre’s national manager, will report directly to him.

Further, Bhojani will develop and implement CX performance measurement standards for all of Westburne’s channels, including its website.
