S&C’s IntelliNode interface module provides the “next generation” of IntelliTeam operability to a substation breaker, it says, recloser or other intelligent electronic device by permitting it to function as part of S&C’s IntelliTeam SGTM Automatic Restoration System. The module interfaces with the microprocessor relay of the breaker or the recloser control, and provides the device with full team member logic and communication capabilities. 

DNP 3.0-compatible intelligent electronic devices suitable for use with the module include: SEL 351-R1, 351-R2, and 351-S overcurrent relays; Nu-Lec CAPM-5 recloser controls; Cooper Form 6 recloser controls; GE F60 feeder management relays; and ABB Ref 550 protection relays (though other devices may also be suitable).
